Im Scared

My hair could really use something new. I like bangs im just not sure about on me. Im afraid I'll look like I did in 2nd grade.



My church attire is getting very old. Feel as if I have been wearing the same dress for the past year. What do you think about a suspender skirt?

This momma is ready for some new style. So should I? Or will I regret?

Potty Training Maddux

Maddux gets quarters for going potty. I told Jadyn she could get a quarter for helping. I meant like help move the stool, tell him good job.

This is a conversation I over hear today.

Jadyn- "Is it hard for you to wipe your bum?"
Maddux- "Ya"
Jadyn-"You'll learn when you get bigger"
Maddux-"Me done yet?"
Jadyn-"Almost, theres some right there."

I better teach them they BOTH need to wash their hands when done. :)

Bodey

I have enjoyed Bodey as a baby probably the most out of my kids.
Being the 3rd you would think he might get less attention. Trust me he is not attention deprived.
He is in the 6th percentile.
He loves baths.
He thinks he should be able to breast feed and still look at and laugh at Jadyn and Maddux at the same time-- it's annoying.
He loves table food and wont really eat baby food.
He is my kids favorite toy.
He is 7 months.

Sometimes thats just the way life goes

6:50 am Pat brings Maddux downstairs puts him in our bed, tells him to go back to sleep i think, and says bye. I fall back asleep. 7 am Bodey is fussing next to me. This means he wants to wake up. I look at Maddux and he is indeed asleep again. Me and Bodey go upstairs and lay with Jadyn. Bodey pulls her hair. She wakes up and says, Bodey why do you always do that to me. I ask her what she wants for breakfast. She says, ball cereal, no milk. I give her cereal. Maddux comes upstairs, says I want some too. I leave them to their cereal. I go change Bodey and get him dressed. He pees on Madduxs bed. Go downstairs put in a load of laundry. Back upstairs. Jadyn and Maddux, now in Jadyns room with cereal sorting out all the colors of balls and putting them in piles. I have a conversation with them about food needing to stay in the kitchen... for the millionth time. And cereal being for eating and not sorting. Time to get dressed, this takes alot of time. Jadyn has to jump into her swimsuit. Maddux says he needs to go potty. He goes then insists he gets a quarter. So I go searching for a quarter and give it to him. I yell at Jadyn to get the rest of her clothes on over her swimming suit or we are going to be late. I get Maddux dressed. He cries because I am putting a diaper on him and he wants undies. I explain to him that I only trust him in undies at home. All 3 kids are dressed its only 8. Yes! We are doing good. Put Bodey in his bouncer run downstairs get myself dressed in workout clothes, brush my teeth, wash my face, at lightning speed. Back upstairs, Jadyn go brush your teeth and get your towel for swimming. She hops into the bathroom, and trips on the stool and falls in the Bathtub. Bodeys bathtub was in there and full of water. Shes crying and wet. Time to get dressed again. We manage to get new clothes, teeth brushed 8:17. Sweet! We can still make it on time, but we have to leave now. Grab the now crying Bodey out of the bouncer to put in his car seat. Realize the car seat is in the washer because Bodey had a blowout diaper yesterday. Luckily we have a extra one. Yell at Jadyn and maddux, get a towel, get your back pack and get in the car now! I run to the garage find the other car seat put Bodey in change out the bases. Jadyns trying to get in the car. Jadyn wheres your towel? She says Maddux is getting it. Maddux comes out the door with a towel. Hallelulujah. We are in the car 8:28. Jadyn starts crying mom he got a lion towel I wanted my princess towel. I start to tell her she should have got the towel herself then. Forget it, I run back in the house lightning speed again (i am good at lightning speed) grab the princess towel. 8:29 on our way to preschool. Arrive at preschool.... late. Head to the gym. Put Bodey and Maddux in the nursery. Jump on the treadmill. ahhhh peace! Not for long though the nursery says Bodey is fussy. Head home. Call my friend. She is trying to find a binkie. She says it smells like poop. Why do I smell poop? She finds it on her coat and hand. I let her go. I count my blessings. At least I don't have poop on my hand!

The weather outside is almost delightful

Spring is coming. Slowly but surely. I am soo not a winter person. The weather has put me in such a good mood!

Improvement

Maddux will now make his own planes. So I don't have to have Jadyn feed him anymore. Exciting, I know.
