Small Town County Fair

 All rides are 25 cents! 5 bucks lasted our entire family all night.

 It's always nice to have a friend to hold your hand when your a little scared.

 Or an arm to hang on to dear life when your really scared. lol.

Sunny Sunday

 

 

70 minutes of sacrament meeting seems like 70 hours of sacrament meeting. Am I the only one who feels this way? May they remember the sacrifices I make in their behalf while they contemplate getting their first tattoo. May they remember that I have wiped their butts, pulled out my hair and may they come to the final decision that their mom has worked to hard for them to not be good kids. I'm just sayin. :)

5 is bad... I can't imagine 15.

She may have cut a huge bald spot in her hair. She may eat mashed potatoes like a pig. She might forget to put underwear on daily. I may take deep breaths in and out everyday and try to remember how special she is. She is very SPECIAL.  Me and Pat both agree surviving the next 13 years with her could be scary. We love her dearly.

4th of July 2011

 Its tradition for the Mortensen girls to wake up on the 4th and run the 15K. Jessica even made us matching shirts.

 My training for a 15K was very poor. I was in pain!
