Maddux Spring Soccer

I know I've said this before but Maddux is so fun to watch. He scored alot of goals this year and saved his team over and over. He had the ball so much, as parents we weren't sure if we should tell him to back off a little so the other kids could get a chance. Me and Pat tried our best to teach him humility, while still encouraging him to do his best.

Rough Morning

Bodeys ER visit

One night Bodey was not able to urinate. I thought that he had a UTI so I was forcing him to drink water and gatorade. After several hours of trying to pee in the middle of the night. Of course this just made his condition worse. :( He was running back and forth to the bathroom every 2 minutes trying to go. I decided it was time to go to the ER because he was starting to get pretty sick. They made us wait almost 2 hours before they finally checked his bladder to see how much was in there. It was heartbreaking to hear how that he had more than an adult could hold. He stomach was poking out so big. They tried to do a catheter and was unsuccesful. It was awful trying to watch. I will be scarred forever. Then they finally sedated him and did a catheter. They were able to drain his bladder and we were able to take him home. Not a night I ever want to repeat! My poor Bodey.
