Questions from a 4 year old

Where does snow come from?

The clouds

But how does it come from the clouds?

All the moisture goes into the clouds and then when it gets cold it snows. (i have no idea if this is correct)

Well if you want to know you need to pay attention when you get to 5th grade. Cause mommy sure wasn't paying attention in 5th grade......


So who knows the ans where does snow come from? Do you know if fish have spirits?

We are catching up on season 5 still so dont tell me what happens. But can I just say that if Kate and Sawyer get together I am going to be super mad! Kate and Jack deserve each other they are both stupid.

An Update

We'll start with Bodey. Well lets see, he can't roll, he can't sit up yet. He is very good at getting smushed however. Maddux rides him like a horse. Literally he was sitting on his stomach jumping up and down. He has started eating baby food. Call me crazy but it seems like he understands what we are saying.

Maddux. Pat butchered his hair. I am sad and a bit angry. Last time Daddy gets to do it. He goes in the bathroom locks the door and poops his diaper. Why not just go in the toilet? He tells storys. "Last night (that means anything in the past, even if it was a month ago) Jadyn throw up on floor at Wal-Mart"

Jadyn. Signed her up for soccer. Just for the record, not against her will. She says she wants too. I am keeping my fingers crossed that she likes it and can actually kick a ball. Her preschool teacher says she cheats in gym class so Im not getting my hopes up to high.

Pat. Wait, who is that? He has been doing a retarded (according to him) group project and has spent the past 2 weeks at the library.

Lyllian. All the laundry is done. The sheets are washed, the kitchen floor is clean. Can you believe it? She has been eating far too many cookies and drinking Coca-Cola. And shes been skipping out on the gym. Blah.

He wears me out but how could you not love him. He is such a goober. Jadyn took this video and when I watched it today I cant help but laugh.

Dinner time prayers for Jadyn usually go something like this. Please bless the food, amen.

Night time prayers she refuses to say by herself, so I say it, but she tells me everything to say. They include naming every person in our family from Aunt Annie to Jersey (a dog), about 11 people in her preschool class of 16 she forgets a few, Emma Brown, Emma Hopkins, Tristan..... I dont even know who these kids are but we bless them every night. Sometimes she blesses Madduxs friends. That there won't be a fire in our house. That she wont have bad dreams. Sometimes the prayer can go on and on. And sometimes she gets distracted and tells me a story in the middle of it.. Anyways tonight it included Blacky and Rocky wherever they are in heaven or the sea. She is too cute..... She really is heart broken, it is to sad. I will not be getting anymore fish.

PS: Blacky died too and she cried again. I dont know what I did wrong the man at wal-mart said they could live in a bowl. Liar! Jk I don't blame him. Stupid fish.

Why pets will never be a good idea at my house

Pretty Rocky Fishy lasted 3 days. We found him belly up this morning. She cried for a good hour. It was terribly sad at moments...... and at others I had to run away so I could secretly laugh. And secretly snap a pic.

Introducing Blacky and Rocky

These are the 2 newest members of our family (they are fish.) Jadyn and Maddux filled up their chore chart and bought them with their hard earned money. The chore chart has things like brush teeth, get in pajamas, say prayers... Maddux picked out a big black one and named him Blacky. Jadyn picked out a goldfish and named him Pretty Rocky Fishy. We have been calling him Rocky for short.

A side thought. Do you think its weird that all 3 of my kids have the exact same color of hair, which is neither my nor pats color.

This daughter of mine

They decorated milk jugs in preschool for their valentines boxes. I went to pick Jadyn up today and I busted out laughing when I saw hers. The other kids had a couple hearts glued on.

This is the side view. She must have used an entire bottle of glue. Im a little scared to go to parent teacher conference on friday.
