Things as of Late

We got a babysitter a couple weeks ago and went to Kansas city. I did a temple session while Pat golfed. When we got home, the kids were still in their pajamas, had eaten a bunch of chocolate and watched all the episodes of Ben 10... Oh teenage babysitters. Sigh. 

 Jadyns 2nd grade music program. I almost literally had to drag her into the school. She really really did not want to go. And whined about how some of her friends moms weren't making their kids go. As usual I didn't have much sympathy and made her go anyways. And I'm glad I did, cause she is so stinking cute.

Snuggle Bug Bodey.

Why do we even buy our kids beds? 50% of the time they sleep on the floor. 

The other 50% of the time is spent sleeping in our bed.

Finally got the crib up. It's still going strong after 9 years. 

 
Bodey jumped in and out of it a couple hundred times.

 I could eat Bodey up right now. 4 has got to be one of the best ages.

I was worried about regretting taking him out of preschool. I haven't at all. Olaf obsessed. 

At the cemetery desperately searching for baby names. 

 

 Maybe found a winner. Maybe. It's still debatable.

Counting down the weeks! My back could use the break.

 

And I just had to add this one. Bodey "mom do I look cute like this?"



And this one. She's obsessed with the invention of the shower cap.

Maddux and Bodey are both in soccer. Maddux is also in basketball. Maddux scored 4 goals and Bodey actually kicked the ball in his game. I was sad because I had a primary training and missed all their games. :(

What else is new.
I am exhausted from cleaning, painting and decluttering. Our house will officially be on the market thursday.
We are headed to Utah next week for Kris's wedding.
